Eating well doesn’t have to be boring and restrictive. You can enjoy a healthy meal while it tastes amazing, but you don’t have to slave over it in the kitchen or use weird-to-you ingredients.

My mission behind Eat the Gains is to provide easy and healthy recipes and help others live more balanced lives.

Most nights you'll find me in the kitchen throwing together a meal in less than 30 minutes with whatever I have on hand. I find you can make an amazing meal from fresh meats and veggies, pantry staples, herbs and spices, and basic kitchen equipment.

And that is exactly what I want to show you in this free recipe book. Flavorful, easy, and crowd pleasing meals made with simple ingredients in 30 minutes or less. All the recipes are gluten free, paleo, Whole30 (with a few modifications), and macro friendly. I hope you enjoy!
