Eating healthy does not have to be complicated, boring, or require hours and hours in the kitchen. My mission behind Eat the Gains is to provide easy and healthy recipes and help others live more balanced lives.

I used to be an avid meal prepper and got so burnt out - tired of eating the same things over and over again and spending hours in the kitchen. Nowadays, most nights you'll find me in the kitchen throwing together a meal in less than 30 minutes with whatever I have on hand.

I find you can make an amazing meal from fresh meats and veggies, pantry staples, herbs and spices, and basic kitchen equipment. And that is exactly what I want to show you in this free recipe book. Flavorful, easy, and crowd pleasing meals (15 of them!) made with simple ingredients in 30 minutes or less. All the recipes are gluten free, paleo, Whole30 (with a few modifications), and macro friendly. I hope you enjoy!
